OEM Motor Engineering & Manufacturing

Motor Solutions Built Around Real Product Requirements

Zhanye Motor is a Shenzhen-based electric motor manufacturer supporting OEM customers from application review and motor matching through prototype validation and production.

About Zhanye Motor

Engineering support from requirement to production

Every motor project begins with the application. Voltage, speed, torque, duty cycle, available dimensions, airflow, mounting and production targets all influence the final motor configuration.

Zhanye works with OEM teams to compare suitable motor platforms, review the operating point, build samples and refine the configuration before pilot and volume production.

Our current published product focus is high-speed universal motors for OEM appliances, tools and airflow-related products. Other application requirements should be reviewed against available motor platforms before a recommendation is made.

How We Create Value

Practical support for OEM motor projects

Application-First Selection

Motor recommendations start with the required operating point and mechanical envelope, not only a catalog model number.

Configurable Platforms

Voltage, winding, shaft, mounting, rotation, airflow and thermal protection can be reviewed for the target product.

Validation Before Scale

Prototype and pilot stages help confirm performance, integration and production requirements before volume manufacturing.

Industry Engagement

Meeting OEM buyers and partners in person

Industry exhibitions give our team a direct way to present motor platforms, discuss application requirements and understand the priorities behind new OEM programs.

Project Workflow

From requirement to stable production

01Application Review

Define voltage, load, speed, torque, duty cycle and available space.

02Motor Matching

Compare platforms and identify the best starting configuration.

03Prototype Build

Prepare samples for integration and operating-point evaluation.

04Validation

Review test results and refine electrical or mechanical details.

05Production Readiness

Use pilot feedback to close open points and confirm the approved production reference.
